Description
Responsibilities:
- Merchandise products according to client standards and guidelines.
- Share WhatsApp images of product displays after each visit.
- Ensure proper arrangement and presentation of merchandise on shelves.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform the supervisor of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Maintain good relationships with store personnel and address any issues promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines during merchandising activities.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of products and their features.
- Pick stock accurately based on store requirements and inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with store managers.
- Monitor competitors' products and pricing strategies to identify market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all merchandising activities.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 10 certificate
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar merchandising or retail sales role.
- Strong knowledge of product merchandising and inventory management practices.
- Experience in conducting sales activities and achieving sales targets.
- Must be able to properly communicate on the groups and with store management.
- Must have a smart phone to share finished merchandising activities.
