Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Merchandise products according to client standards and guidelines.
• Share WhatsApp images of product displays after each visit.
• Ensure proper arrangement and presentation of merchandise on shelves.
• Monitor inventory levels and inform the supervisor of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain good relationships with store personnel and address any issues promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines during merchandising activities.
• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of products and their features.
• Pick stock accurately based on store requirements and inventory levels.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with store managers.
• Monitor competitors' products and pricing strategies to identify market trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all merchandising activities.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 10 certificate
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar merchandising or retail sales role.
• Strong knowledge of product merchandising and inventory management practices.
• Experience in conducting sales activities and achieving sales targets.
• Must be able to properly communicate on the groups and with store management.
• Must have a smart phone to share finished merchandising activities.
