• Ensure correct stock rotation using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method and managed expiry stock control.
• Check and maintain accurate price indicator (PI) labels and ensure correct pricing at all times.
• Place and follow up on stock orders to maintain sufficient product availability.
• Handle and report claims relating to damaged, expired, or missing stock.
• Monitor, controll, and report expired or near-expiry products.
• Merchandise beverage and snack products according to company standards.
• Ensure fridges are clean, well-organized, fully operational, and properly lit.
• Capture and submit daily photographic reports of merchandising displays.
• Built and maintain attractive and compliant product displays.
• Receive stock deliveries and verify correct quantities and quality.
• Report relevant information, issues, and opportunities to the Sales Representative.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date timesheets.
• Utilized a smartphone effectively for reporting, communication, and documentation

Grade 12 (Matric/NSSC) or equivalent qualification

Additional training in Merchandising, Retail Operations or Customer Service will be an advantage
