Description
The person in this position would be responsible for:
- Telephone duties
- Reception
- Printing, updating, filing of booking forms
- Preparation of all rental contracts, client files
- Assisting clients, taking payments
- Sending all client information to Johannesburg Office
- Updating client information on a daily basis
- Preparing, monitoring and updating monthly white boards
- Handling client queries/problems together with the Operations Manager
- Preparing weekly speed point payments received forms
- Issuing of orders for suppliers
- Monitoring of emails, correspondence and timeous responses
Requirements
Qualifications/skills required:
- Minimum Senior Certificate
- German speaking (preferable)
- Computer Literate (emails, excel, word)
- Acute attention to detail
- Strong administration and organizational skills
- Ability to function well in a team and under pressure
- Good people and communication skills
- Previous experience in tourism industry advantageous
- Driver’s licence (advantage)
Official Working Hours:
- Mon-Fri 08h00 – 17h00
- Sat 08h00-13h00 (every alternative weekend)
Additional Comments/Preferences:
- Must be available to work on ALL public holidays
