Description
The purpose of this role is to be a support function to the Operations Manager and to ensure that all operational, administrative functions pertaining to the Staff contract, operational requirements are always complied with.
Key Responsibilities:
• Timesheets submission
• Leave administration
• Queries Log & Feedback
• Load PPE orders on the relevant system
• Edit and maintain employee information
• Filing (Timesheets, Leave, Queries, PPE forms, AOD's)
• Control registers (Roll-call, leave, queries, AOD's, PPE, hearings, license expiry, medicals)
• Liaison with the relevant Branches
• Create and update monthly master employee list
• Daily Employee recon on all departments
• Daily off loader ticket submissions
• Weekly off loader requisitions
• New employee tax updates
Requirements
- Grade 12
- 5 years administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Social Skills and ability to work with different ethnic groups
