Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support our operational functions with a focus on timesheets, Excel reporting, and new client onboarding. This role requires someone who is organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple admin tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile, verify, and manage employee timesheets and attendance data.
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for operational reporting and internal tracking.
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring all documentation and internal systems are updated.
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure smooth daily workflow.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for records and reports.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- A qualification in Administration or a related field (certificate or diploma).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (basic formulas, tables, formatting).
- Previous experience in an administrative role (advantageous).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
