Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support our operational functions with a focus on timesheets, Excel reporting, and new client onboarding. This role requires someone who is organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple admin tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile, verify, and manage employee timesheets and attendance data.
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for operational reporting and internal tracking.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring all documentation and internal systems are updated.
  • Provide general administrative support to the operations team.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure smooth daily workflow.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for records and reports.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • A qualification in Administration or a related field (certificate or diploma).
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (basic formulas, tables, formatting).
  • Previous experience in an administrative role (advantageous).
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
