Parts Sales Administrator

• Parts sales or parts administration in the forklift ,automotive or heavy equipment industry
• Working knowledge of forklift brands
• Internal sales or customer service
• Able to process quotes, purchase orders, job cards and invoices
• Forklift rentals
• Understanding of warehouse safety practices and storeroom
• Familiarity with forklift workshop operations and parts handling procedures
• Experience handling spare parts warranties and service exchange parts
• General office duties (adhoc duties)
• Checking stock availability and placing parts orders with suppliers for jobs
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent orders
• Customer-focused with a professional telephone and email manner
• Team player works well with technicians, service managers, customer and suppliers

• Grade 12 Matric
• Proficient in Microsoft excel, outlook and word
• Mechanical and Technical Sales experience
• Valid driver’s license required.
