We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant/Secretary to support our client and help keep their operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Writing/Capturing reports on system
- Marketing of listing via system
- Answer/Reply to email enquiries and phone calls.
- Basic record keeping and organizing of client files
- Basic bookkeeping and payroll
- Arranging/ Organizing diary
- Send reports to clients
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Bilingual - Afrikaans and English
- Good understanding of business/SME market
