We’re Hiring: Pneumatic Tyre Roller Operator

A well-established road construction company is seeking an experienced Pneumatic Tyre Roller Operator to join our team. If you have 5+ years of experience and are immediately available, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate pneumatic tyre (rubber-tired) roller to compact asphalt and base materials

• Work closely with paving and compaction crews to ensure smooth, even surfaces

• Perform pre-operational checks and report any equipment issues

• Adjust tyre pressure as needed for specific compaction tasks

• Ensure quality compaction and surface finish within project specifications

• Follow all safety procedures and on-site regulations

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating a pneumatic tyre roller in road construction

• Strong knowledge of compaction techniques and surface preparation

• Ability to work in coordination with paving and site crews

• Safety-focused, reliable, and physically fit for outdoor work

• Capable of reading work plans and following site instructions

Certifications & Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license (required)

• Construction safety certification (e.g., OSHA, CSCS, or equivalent)
