Quantity Surveyor

A Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. Their duties include:

Job Specifications:

• Estimating and costing
• Procurement and tendering
• Contract administration
• Cost control and management
• Value engineering
• Risk management
• Project management support
• Account settlement

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license
• Namibian citizen
• 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role

Qualifications:

• Degree in Quantity Surveyor
• Registration with the Regulatory Body of Quantity Surveyors will be an added advantage.
