Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of our projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining the required standards and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily costs reports
• Prepare monthly progress cost reports
• Prepare monthly progress reports
• Organizing material orders for sites
• Preparing monthly sub-contractor payments
• Site measurements
• Completing of Tenders and tender documents
• Preparing schedule of rates
• Strong mathematical, analytical and cost management skills
• Proficient in Excel, word and outlook
• Experience in estimating, tendering, project cost control and contract administration
• Knowledge of construction contracts
• Any other duties as assigned by Project Manager

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Science and Civil Engineering.
• Valid drivers licence + own vehicle.
• Be willing to travel in and around Namibia for projects.
• Good communication skills and fluent in English.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
