Description

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and well-organised Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and meeting rooms when required.
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4).
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingualism will be advantageous.
  • Professional appearance and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
