Recruiter

The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for driver and forklift operator positions. The role requires a clear understanding of the organization's staffing needs, proactive sourcing through multiple channels, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The Recruiter ensures candidates are well-suited to both the role and company culture while providing a professional and efficient experience for applicants and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment
• Recruiting drivers and forklift operators.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates with the required skills and experience.
• Conduct reference checks.
• Conduct candidate interviews.
• Documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions.
• Prepare employment contracts and other necessary documents for new recruits.
• Collaboration and Candidate Experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, and provide regular progress updates, and address recruitment-related concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintaining positive relationships with candidates, including those not selected.

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment or in-house training.
