Description

We are looking for a Recruiter who will be responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of positions. This role involves developing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing talent through multiple channels, screening and interviewing candidates, and coordinating closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring and onboarding process. The Recruiter will also manage recruitment administration, maintain compliance with employment laws, and foster a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring cycle. In addition, the Recruiter may be required to perform additional duties as instructed to support the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational requirements.
  • Process and interview prospective employees for internal positions and match applicant skills to job responsibilities.
  • Administer all recruiting and employment activities for assigned roles.
  • Source suitable candidates through online platforms, social media, professional networks, job fairs, and other channels.
  • Implement structured, end-to-end hiring processes that enhance the candidate experience.
  • Review applications, conduct screening interviews, and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and departmental managers.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment legislation and organizational policies.
  • Conduct background checks and maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems.

Requirements

Minimum Education & Training

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of proven recruiting experience.

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
