Are you passionate about finding and attracting top talent? We’re looking for a skilled Recruiter to help manage our hiring process and develop sourcing strategies to meet staffing needs. In this role, you will work closely with managers to ensure compliance, drive diversity, and provide an excellent experience for every candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Sourcing

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment and sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting through to candidate onboarding.

  2. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.

    • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent sources.

  3. Candidate Experience

    • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates at every stage of the hiring process.

  4. Data and Reporting

    • Analyze recruitment data to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and optimize the hiring process.

  5. Compliance

    • Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to labor laws, company policies and best practices.

  6. Diversity and Inclusion

    • Support initiatives that promote diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A relevant qualification in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a similar field.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR role.

  • Must be a citizen of Zambia

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and use it to make informed recruitment decisions.

  • In-depth understanding of employment laws and labor regulations.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
