Description
We are seeking for a skilled and dynamic Recruitment Manager to oversee the full recruitment function, covering roles from blue-collar positions to senior leadership appointments. This strategic role requires a strong balance of hands-on recruitment expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders to ensure hiring efforts support the organisation’s overall goals.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Operations and will oversee a small recruitment team while working closely with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle for all levels of hiring, from operational (blue-collar) roles to executive placements.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates.
- Work closely with department heads and senior leadership to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
- Draft and manage job advertisements, screening, interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs.
- Oversee recruitment data, analytics, reporting, and compliance tracking.
- Ensure adherence to employment legislation, internal recruitment policies, and ethical hiring standards.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and online platforms.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs and networking events.
- Provide regular updates and recruitment dashboards to HR and executive leadership.
Requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Senior Recruiter, preferably within a multi-level hiring environment.
- Strong understanding of blue-collar and professional/executive recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with recruitment technology, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR software.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles and timelines simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
