Our client, a dynamic and innovation-driven organization in the ICT sector, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-oriented professional to make a real impact by driving growth and building lasting client relationships in the Namibian market and beyond.

About the Role:
As the Sales Manager, you will serve as the key liaison between the company and its clients, taking ownership of the full sales cycle and contributing to strategic business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring passion, integrity, and a strong track record in ICT sales and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Set and manage sales targets for team performance.

  • Lead strategic account planning to maximize customer value.

  • Oversee the complete sales process, from lead generation to project delivery.

  • Identify and develop new market opportunities, including in emerging African regions.

  • Strengthen existing client relationships to enhance customer retention and value.

  • Represent the company at both local and international industry events.

  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.

  • Mentor and develop junior sales staff.

Requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of the Namibian ICT sector.

  • Strong network of existing customer relationships in Namibia.

  • Familiarity with HPE and Aruba product lines.

  • Advanced understanding of cybersecurity solutions.

  • Minimum of 2 years in a sales management role, and 5+ years in sales overall.

  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

  • Ability to craft and present technically sound, client-specific proposals.

  • Resilient and able to thrive under pressure.
