Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with expertise in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cost estimation for various projects in the civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering sectors.
• Prepare engineering quotations and manage project planning and construction tracking.
• Provide hands-on support and oversight on-site to ensure project execution aligns with budget and timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to monitor costs and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Assist in contract reviews and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• A minimum of 5–10 years of professional experience in Quantity Surveying (QS), with a strong focus on civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering projects.
• Proven expertise in cost estimation, engineering quotations, project planning, and construction tracking.
• Hands-on experience with site work and an in-depth understanding of the execution of construction projects.
• Fluency in Chinese is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in English is essential for day-to-day communication and reporting.
