Description
The purpose of a Service Manager is to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the dealerships overall success. This role exist to align the dealerships business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of Service Centre Operations.
- Managing the workshop and wash-bay staff (performance management, quality control, identify training needs, discipline).
- Cost control management and the compilation of annual workshop budget.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and Risk policies.
- Managing the maintenance of workshop equipment.
- Co-ordinate and manage callouts and accident scenes.
- Ensure adherence to policies ,procedures and dealer franchise requirements.
- Coordinating daily service operations and leading a high-performing, customer-focused team.
- Any other duties in line with the responsibilities of a Service/Workshop Manager
Requirements
- Namibian Citizen
- A valid drivers license
- Tertiary, Technical or Management qualification
- 10 years relevant experience
- 5 years at a Managerial level
- Customer-focused, presentable and good communication
- Adequate computer literacy to handle administrative tasks efficiently
