Description

The purpose of  a Service Manager is to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the dealerships overall success. This role exist to align the dealerships business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of Service Centre Operations.
  • Managing the workshop and wash-bay staff (performance management, quality control, identify training needs, discipline).
  • Cost control management and the compilation of annual workshop budget.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and Risk policies.
  • Managing the maintenance of workshop equipment.
  • Co-ordinate and manage callouts and accident scenes.
  • Ensure adherence to policies ,procedures and dealer franchise requirements.
  • Coordinating daily service operations and leading a high-performing, customer-focused team.
  • Any other duties in line with the responsibilities of a Service/Workshop Manager

Requirements

  • Namibian Citizen
  • A valid drivers license
  • Tertiary, Technical or Management qualification
  • 10 years relevant experience
  • 5 years at a Managerial level
  • Customer-focused, presentable and good communication
  • Adequate computer literacy to handle administrative tasks efficiently
