Description
Job Purpose:
We are currently seeking for a Merchandising Supervisor/Site Administrator who is responsible for overseeing all merchandising activities within the branch, ensuring high standards of execution, team performance, and client satisfaction. The role includes team supervision, reporting, training, and maintaining strong communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all merchandising activities within the branch.
- Ensure merchandising standards are consistently maintained across all outlets.
- Capture and share photos of merchandising displays on designated platforms
- Train, coach, and support merchandisers to improve performance and compliance.
- Conduct regular travel to visit outlets and monitor merchandising execution.
- Manage and verify timesheets for merchandisers
- Compile and submit team reports
- Conduct daily roll calls on Namib Mills to ensure staff attendance and readiness.
- Ensure all staff are on-site as scheduled and shifts are properly covered.
- Handle staff timesheets accurately and on time.
- Assist with recruitment of staff
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients regarding service delivery and issues.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in merchandising, retail supervision, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel regularly to various outlets.
- Strong administrative and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Grade 12
- Drivers license
