Spa Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of spa facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, driving revenue, and ensuring the highest standards of service, hygiene, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full spa operation, ensuring seamless day-to-day performance.
• Drive a world-class guest experience aligned with 5-star standards.
• Manage, train, and develop a high-performing team of therapists and reception staff.
• Take full accountability for revenue, retail performance, and cost control.
• Maintain strict operational, hygiene, and brand standards always.
• Handle guest relations with professionalism and confidence.
• Implement and uphold SOPs, reporting, and performance tracking.

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a Spa Management role within a luxury environment.
• Strong commercial awareness – you understand numbers, targets, and profitability.
• Be accountable for revenue targets, team performance, and overall business delivery.
• Have managed full operations, not partial or support roles.
• Have managed a team of 10+ staff members.
• Proven leadership ability – you can manage people, not just schedules.
• Exceptional attention to detail and operational discipline.
• Confident, polished, and professional presence.
• Be comfortable operating in a performance-driven, accountable environment.

Working Hours: Shift work.  Operational hours are Monday to Saturday 8 to 7, Sundays and public holidays is 9 to 5.  Every second weekend off.  8 days off per month.
