We are an artistic, curated boutique celebrating exceptional craftsmanship. Our collection features custom-made jewellery, handpicked vintage clothing, unique handcrafted ornaments, and premium Namibian-made essential oils and luxury bath products tailored for high-end lodges and hotels.
We are seeking an artistic, flamboyant, and welcoming Store Manager who is also vibrant, organized, and tech-savvy to oversee daily operations, elevate our customer experience, and support our growing hospitality supply division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greeting and helping customers with warmth.
- Sales & Tech: Processing sales on our POS system and handling basic tech tasks (like fixing the Wi-Fi or setting up a printer).
- Stock & Orders: Managing inventory, receiving deliveries, and packing/shipping online orders.
- Office Support: Handling light admin like newsletters, filing, and formatting documents.
- Store Care: Helping with shop displays and small projects.
Requirements
- At least 3 -5-year experience in retail, sales, and stock control.
- Confidence using computers, POS systems, and inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and great people skills.
- A friendly, "can-do" attitude—you aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves.
Bonus Points
- Experience with websites or e-commerce.
- A driver’s license and your own car.
- A Palaeophilist would be an ideal candidate.
