Description
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
- To coordinate the Workshop and Client Feedback
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure the highest degree of customer service at all times
- Coordinate the workshop teams
- Build and manage strong relationships with personnel, customers and suppliers
- Coordinate the efficiency and productivity of the workshop teams
- Final inspection and test drive of vehicles after service/repairs (Quality Control)
- Liaising between clients, workshop teams and Service Advisor regarding work in progress
- Providing continuous feedback to After-Sales Manager
- Arranging Breakdowns and to be available for Standby duty
- Distribution and actioning of OEM bulletins and Internal Workflows/SOPs
- Development and coaching of Workshop Technicians, including managing OEM training To coordinate the Workshop and Client Feedback
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A qualified diesel mechanic
- At least 5 years’ experience at supervisory level in the commercial vehicle industry
- Code CE is required and a PDP driving permit will be an added advantage
- Ability to manage, administer, organize and coordinate the workshop activities
- Relevant computer skills
